🌈 Keep the rainbow in mind when you are putting your meals together and you will find your body feels more satisfied and less inclined to keep snacking, as each of your bodies organs have been nourished adequately, with the different colours, textures, micro/macro and flavours it needs 🎨🥗
Eating slowly and purposefully also allows the body time to process the task it has in front of it, so step away from the TV, work computers and stressful situations to allow your body to actually metabolise what it is taking in! If you are feeling overwhelmed or emotional, take a walk, relax a bit before jumping in to eating... enjoy your meal! 🖤
