After staying home to care for my two daughters, I realised my previous role in credit control wasn’t fulfilling.

With 14+ years’ experience, I offer remedial and relaxation massage in a welcoming home practice, focusing on easing chronic pain, reducing tension, and improving flexibility & mobility. ** Male clients by referral only. ** I’m Charlene Quincey, and my journey into massage therapy started with my own experience managing scoliosis and the relief I found through regular massage, after surgery at age 12. Discovering a course in Holistic Massage, I immediately felt drawn to it, knowing firsthand the impact massage has on pain relief. I qualified in Holistic and Sports Massage Therapy in the UK in 2011 and gained experience working part-time in a Chiropractic Clinic. In 2014, after moving to Perth and completing my Diploma of Remedial Massage, I joined Currambine Massage Therapy, where I worked for 10 years. I now continue my practice from my home in Jindalee, offering clients a professional and welcoming space for treatment.

As much as I love what I do, time with family, especially when they’re visiting from overseas, is so precious. I’m incredibly grateful to be able to spend this special time with them and recharge for the year ahead.💝

𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 & 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐥

Did you know you can use a simple massage ball (or 2 placed in a sock) at home to ease tightness in your upper back and shoulders?

Here’s how:
1️⃣ Place a massage ball between your upper back and a wall.
2️⃣ Gently lean back, letting the ball press into those tight spots.
3️⃣ Slowly roll side-to-side or up-and-down until you find areas of tension.
4️⃣ Hold gentle pressure for 20–30 seconds, then release.

This can help release trigger points, improve circulation, and reduce upper back, neck & shoulder tension.

I’ve recently settled into my new home-based practice in Jindalee, and I couldn’t be happier with how calming and welcoming the room feels.
