Coming back to my heart ❤️

It's been a looong time between posts.

In all honesty, I thought I'd lost my connection to this medicine though now I see it in a different light.

Sharing cacao is only a part of me. In circles, I share myself, I share my heart.

Somewhere along the line, I forgot the connection between my heart and my brain.

Who'd have thought the one who promotes this heart connection could forget?

This just proves that sometimes we can all get sidetracked - what's important is we come back to the truth.

We come back to our hearts.

So here I am, practising my new crystal bowls, drinking with extra cayenne pepper so I can feel my heart again.
