“It’s like coming home.”
That’s what one of my beautiful regulars said after her first session in the new Sound Healing Tent this week — and it gave me goosebumps.

We’ve held sound healing sessions in some beautiful places recently… but there’s something deeply special about having a space that’s been created for this. A dedicated sanctuary for stillness, healing, and returning to yourself.

Sessions now run regularly:
🕓 Sundays at 4:30pm
🌙 Wednesdays at 6:00pm

We begin with a gentle smudging to clear the energy, then settle in for an immersive sound journey — guided by crystal bowls, gongs and grounding intention.

🌟 Stockyard Gully Caves Sound Healing – New Date Added!

Couldn’t make it this weekend or Sundays don’t suit?

We’ve just added a new date: Saturday 21 June — and we’d love to have you with us.

In collaboration with Kass from Jurien Bay Adventure Tours, this half-day experience includes a 4WD tour and a tour of the stunning Stockyard Gully Cave, where we’ll settle in for a deep and grounding sound healing journey.

Taking time out for regular self-care isn’t just a luxury—it’s essential for our wellbeing.

After a week in Bali immersed in sound healing and deep rest, I was reminded of just how powerful it can be. I experienced three sessions myself and really felt the profound effects: calming the nervous system, clearing the mind, and allowing the body space to reset and heal.
