Breath is the most powerful yet simple tool we have at our disposal & yet we under-utilise it enormously. In this session, we will use Consciously Connected Breathing & carefully selected music to take you on a journey. Many people who have experienced Transformative Breathwork say it is one of the most powerfully transformative experiences of their lives. It can facilitate major shifts of energy, both emotionally & physically, releasing tension & clearing the mind. This can be a highly emotional experience & one that allows you to move past previous experiences & blocks to a more joyful place of self-love. A sacred space is created for you to delve deeply into self-exploration, expansion, release &transformation. Allow between 90 mins to 2 hours. Chakras are the bodies energy centers. When they are out of balance we are affected physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. When they are in balance we can function well on all levels. Chakra Balance Massage is a hands on therapy utilising many modalities as well as powerful intuition to bring the chakras back into balance.
