Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities? Proactive Care FNQ, a registered NDIS provider based in Cairns, is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

🧩 About the Role:
As a Support Coordinator, you'll work closely with NDIS participants to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Experience in the disability, community or health sector

Strong understanding of the NDIS framework

Great communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
