📢 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST – STRONG BUBS PROGRAM (WICKHAM)

We’re excited to share that our Strong Bubs Program will now be running at a reduced cost thanks to the West Pilbara Communities for Children Small Community Grant! 🎉

💲 Only $10 per session to attend during Term 4, 2025 (Weeks 2–9).

PROGRAM DETAILS
📅 Day/Time: Wednesdays, 9:30–10:15am (starting Week 2, Term 4, 2025)
📍 Where: Pilbara Therapy Services Clinic – Wickham
👶 Age: 3–18 months

✨ About the Group:
This is a safe and supportive space for you and your bub to work on their gross motor milestones — rolling, sitting, crawling, pulling to stand, cruising, and walking. Each session is guided by a physiotherapist and tailored to meet your baby’s stage of development.

There’s still time to submit an expression of interest to attend the Disability Inclusive Emergency Planning Forum (DIEP).

This face-to-face forum brings together people with lived experience of disability, carers, advocates, emergency services, and community leaders to shape more inclusive emergency planning.

With limited spots, the forum will be held in an accessible venue in Karratha on Thursday 30 October from 9.30am to 3pm with morning tea and lunch provided. We especially welcome people with lived experience of disability, carers, and disability advocacy representatives.

Register your interest by 5pm, 12 September 2025, https://karratha.wa.gov.au/form/eoi-disability-inclusive-emergen. Selected attendees will be notified by Friday 19 September.

This DIEP forum is funded by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), the University of Sydney, Collaborating 4 Inclusion and the City of Karratha.
