We’re excited to share some big news - We’re all moving in together!

Over the past 24 months, Mediquip Holdings Group have successfully acquired MedicalPlus ANZ and AusVet Endoscopy, expanding our capacity and expertise. With this growth, we’ve outgrown our current space, and to better serve our team and clients, we are consolidating into a new location.

As of the 17th June 2025, Mediquip Holdings and Medical Plus will be working out of our new VIC warehouse and workshop at:

Sterilisation is a non-negotiable in veterinary clinics, but there are always questions about best practices. Here are some of the most asked questions we’ve found:

❓ How often should instruments be sterilised?
✔️ After every use! Reusing unsterilised instruments can lead to infection and complications.

❓ What’s the difference between sterilisation and disinfection?
✔️ Disinfection reduces harmful bacteria but doesn’t eliminate them all. Sterilisation completely eradicates all bacteria, viruses and fungi.

❓ Can instruments be sterilised too often?
✔️Quality instruments shouldn’t be damage by the amount of times they are sterilised, however incorrect methods like overheating or improper drying can reduce their shelf life.

Sterilisation is the foundation of safe and effective veterinary care. Stay informed, follow best practices, and keep your clinic’s hygiene standards at their best
