Today we ran our first ENSO men’s gathering.
And it was everything we built Kaizen Path for.
Kaizen Path is for all men. No matter your background, your beliefs, where you’ve been or where you’re headed, there’s a place for you here.
We create experiences that push you just enough. Shared moments that pull you out of your comfort zone and into something real.
This mornings session started with physical movement that allowed the attendees to understand the impact stress has on the physical body.
Breathwork paired with sound healing, frequency that let the lads release, relax, and let go whilst their nervous system was fully activated. It was uncomfortable for some. It’s also where the shift happens.
The Strength Circle, where the hard questions were asked. No performance. No posturing. Just men, being honest with themselves and each other.
Some men walked in guarded. They didn’t leave that way.
As Kaizen Path grows, so does the team and the network around it.
brought his expertise in movement and neurology, opening the session in a way that primed the body and the mind for everything that followed. When men understand what’s happening in their nervous system, the work lands differently.
brought substantive experience from the counselling space, a depth of presence and knowledge that held the room and made the Strength Circle what it was. A safe space.
This is what Kaizen Path looks like as it matures, the right people, showing up at the right time.
This is the work. This is Kaizen Path.
