As a Support Coordinator, my role is to help you:
✔ Understand your NDIS plan
✔ Connect with the right therapists, support workers, and services
✔ Organise appointments and service agreements
✔ Build your independence and confidence
✔ Troubleshoot problems and prepare for plan reviews
Think of me as your NDIS navigator — someone to walk beside you, help make the plan work, and reduce the overwhelm.
