If you have tried to lose weight by dieting only to gain it back, then you have probably been struggling with some powerful programming in your subconscious mind. It doesn't matter how strong your will power is, that alone cannot overcome these deeply embedded thought patterns. We often have the belief that – ok I have lost the weight now; I can eat whatever I want. Then we go about rewarding ourselves for having achieved this milestone – but what do we reward ourselves with????? The weight creeps back on and before you know it, you are back at that old weight and sometimes even heavier. Having Bariatric Surgery doesn't alleviate this issue. I have seen many many clients over the years who have regained and then some of their pre surgery weight. It's really sad and it is something that you do not need to endure. Luckily we were able to get these clients back on track, lose their weight and sustain that weight loss with ease. Making the decision to have Bariatric Surgery is not easy and once you do undertake that path you want to ensure it is successful. I know all the issues that can come up - because I have been there myself. It's never about the food. It can feel like a psychological war happening within you at times. Trying to maintain your willpower and mental endurance to achieve that seemingly elusive slimmer body you desire. It can feel like so much hard work and believe me at times it is. Anyone can lose weight . It’s keeping it off, that’s where most people struggle. When you change your Mindset and your relationship with food you will, I promise, you will change your life. The Bariatric weight loss journey will be much easier for you to transition to that slimmer healthier body you deserve.

Losing your hair after surgery is an unpleasant side effect. It doesn't affect everyone and unfortunately, it's not something you are generally informed about.
In the majority of cases, it does grow back.
I embraced it having experienced hair loss 3 times now after traumatic surgeries.

Yin Tang Point
It can be very stressful this weight loss journey. Here is a quick tip to calm and relax you easily and effortlessly. Try it and let me know what you think.
Massage the acupressure point between your eyebrows for 2-3 minutes.
This is your Yin Tang Point, a trigger point for vagus nerve activation. When the vagus nerve is activated, the Relaxation Response switches on and your whole system goes in to healing mode.
This has a calming, soothing, restoring effect on the body and mind. Press on this point and make small circular movements for 2-3. imnutes a time. Notice to what extent you are salvating more, breathing deeper or yawning.
