It been a while since I have posted as these last few months have certainly forced us to reevaluate a lot of things.

One of the things that has definitely proved to offer some grounding during this period of introspection been walking in Nature.

Australia's lungs are on fire 🔥

The ferocity and sheer scale of the Australian bush fires are unprecedented.

Half a billion animals dead. Nature is YELLING at us to pay attention and act.

Please, we need all kinds of energy to address these issues; monetary, political, social, prayer, meditation you name it!

Our City Lives can be so busy in mind and motion. It's more than okay to take a break from all that business. Infact it's necessary, otherwise we risk burning out physically, emotionally and mentally; warning us that we are out of sync and out of flow.

In the natural world, our minds are eased into remembering the peace and natural flow of energy.

Go out into nature to come into yours.

This is a perfect example of Alchemy. This man turned his own difficult experiences being homeless into a liberating experience for the homeless in his community.
