People often ask me as a Yoga teacher do I practice every day? The honest answer....no.
But I do now practice more days than I don't and I have stopped beating myself up for any days that I miss.
The key I have found to getting myself onto the mat is a short (15 mins or less) targeted practice that enhances my day by supporting my body and mind to feel the way I need it to.
This practice is a combination of mobility and stretches that work for my body and some postures prescribed by my Ayurvedic Doctor.
My 3 years of Yoga Therapy training enables me to collaborate with you to determine which practices will be most beneficial for you to feel at your best.
