As a working farm, it houses a large variety of livestock including droughtmaster cattle, quarterhorses, muscovy ducks and meat and layer chickens. Mayan Luxe Villas is constructed with rammed earth from Mayan Farm. Increasingly seen in contemporary architecture, rammed earth is a sustainable building material due to its thermal mass, strength, durability and visual impressiveness. Mayan Luxe Villas offers two separate suites with a central entertaining and dining pavilion. Outside there are three alfresco entertaining and dining areas in beautifully landscaped grounds, overlooking the plunge pool and surrounding farmland. A pizza oven and firepit add to the outside entertaining ambience – with farm firewood available! The property features recycled and milled timbers and railway sleepers from the orginal slab hut on Mayan Farm. With polished concrete floors throughout, the bespoke craftsmanship is evident in the unique fixtures and fittings.

We are excited to be part of the Cooloolah Farm Trail his weekend .
Come and see what we have been busy building the past couple of years .
We will be doing tours of one of our new rammed earth villas every hour from 9 am to 3 pm both Sarurday snd Sunday.
Kin Kin Tea with be there with organic tea and Herb infused bath salts.
Lisa from Kin Kin Springs Bathhouses will join us to let you know all about her hot spring baths with views.
There will be banana bread with whipped honey butter and orange polenta cakes with rosemary syrup…..also hickory smoked pumpkin soup with herb cheese garlic ciabatta and wood fired margherita pizzas with a Puttanesca salsa ?

Check out our hertitage breed Dark Brahma Chickens. Meet Moose ( our poddy bull) and sit and enjoy the country surrounds .

Parking down Gradys lane, first drive on the left at the chicken pen 🐓🐂🐓🐓. Look for the flags and arrows. And gazebo chairs and tables.
