I’ve been absolutely loving guiding this group of students through this journey - watching them show up, staying curious, and deepening their understanding of their own bodies and practice.

There is something really special about seeing it all click in… the awareness of everything. Their evolution isn’t just visible, it’s felt. And honestly, that’s what brings me the most joy as a yoga teacher 💛🧘‍♀️

Last week in class, we explored what it means to soften and care for our hearts 🤍

It’s such a lovely practice of mindfulness and self-care, and it feels wonderful to carry it off the yoga mat and into our everyday lives.

✨ Off-the-mat practice tips:

🌀 Be mindful and notice when tension gathers around your heart, shoulders, and jaw. As you feel it building, gently allow it to release.
🌀 When life speeds up, give yourself permission to slow down. In between the sprints, pause and take a breath — or five.
🌀 Throughout your day, soften your headspace when you can. If you notice too much stress accumulating, step away for a moment and reset.

I’m excited to see you all next week on the mat to continue your self care and service. You are the most important person in your life. 🌱

Enrollment was meant to close, but I’m extending the inscription date until March 20th so a few more of you can jump in! 🙏🧘

Tomorrow (Monday) all enrolled students will receive their course materials in preparation for our first Zoom lesson on Thursday, March 19th.

If you join during this extension, you may miss the first live class or join the zoom a little unprepared, but don’t worry — there will be space and support to catch up, so you can still fully participate in the course! 💫

Hi, I’m Mysan Sidbo. Originally from Sweden, now based in Australia, and teaching yoga around the world. My passion is sharing wellbeing through functional movement, anatomy, and yoga.

My journey started early — I began studying anatomy at 18 and I’ve never stopped. Over the years I’ve taught many forms of movement: spinning, water gymnastics, kayaking, snowboarding, personal training… and for the last 20 years, yoga has been a big part of my life.

For me, yoga quickly became more than a practice — it became a way of living.

Through years of studying with incredible teachers and anatomists, I realised something important: every body is different, and yoga should honour that. Instead of forcing everyone into the same shapes, we can use functional movement and anatomical understanding to help each person move in the way that works best for their body.
That insight shaped my mission.

I teach and train yoga teachers so they can guide students with more knowledge, more curiosity, and more respect for individual bodies. Because when teachers understand anatomy and functional movement, yoga becomes more accessible, more intelligent, and a lot more joyful.

I’m here to share what I learn — because this knowledge is too good to keep to myself‼️
