Last night was pure magic ✨️

Eight incredible women took a well-deserved pause to recover, reset, and relax with our group meditation and sound bath. You could feel the beautiful energy in the room!

It takes courage to prioritise yourself, and I have so much love for every woman who said "yes" to stepping away from the chaos and into this healing space. ❤️🧡💛

I was chatting with a work colleague today about all things woo woo and just had me thinking how amazing and intricate, and yet simple, our bodies can be. When we work on healing, it can come in many forms, and it can be so hard to even think about doing it all. So I'm going to say STOP. Take a step back and be still long enough to listen to your body. It's very clever, and it will tell you what it needs.
