Being on the Low FODMAP Diet doesn’t mean you have to miss out! Here are some easy swaps you can make from higher FODMAP to lower FODMAP foods to keep your gut happy 🤗

✅ Swap Apples for Kiwi fruit (skin on or off!)
✅ Swap Sauerkraut for Fresh Cabbage
✅ Swap Chicken soups made with onion and garlic for FODMAPPED Chicken & Veg Soup
✅ Swap Cashew Butter for Peanut Butter
✅ Swap Muesli with plain rolled oats (and then add your on low FODMAP ingredients!)
