Looking for some gut friendly summer recipe inspo? ☀️Look no further than these delicious BBQ Fish Kebabs made using FODMAPPED For You Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce 🤩🙌🏼

Ingredients
800g White Fish of choice, cubed
1 x Pouch FODMAPPED For You Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
1 Lemon, zested & Juiced
¼ cup Greek Yoghurt
4 med Bamboo skewers, soaked
4 Warm Gluten Free Wraps
2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
2 Tomatoes, diced
1 sml Cucumber, shaved thinly
Mint Leaves
½ cup Greek Yoghurt

Method
1. Place the cubed fish into a zip lock bag. 
2. Add the FODMAPPED For You Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce, lemon zest and juice with the Greek yoghurt to the bag and shake to coat fish well. 
3. Marinate fish for up to 1 hour. 
4. Thread marinated fish onto the skewers. Spray skewers with a little olive oil. 
5. Cook skewer on a pre-heated griddle pan 4 -5 minutes each side. 
6. Place each warm tortilla onto a serving plate or wooden board, top tortilla with iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber and mint leaves. 
Cover salad with one fish skewer, drizzle with yoghurt and serve. 
 
(Note: Fish maybe replaced with prawns or chicken for a delicious difference)

Ever notice your gut feels off on holidays? You’re not imagining it ✈😫

Holidays often shake up our routines, and our digestion feels it.

Things like disrupted meal times, different sleep schedules, travel stress, heat or dehydration, eating faster or later than usual, changes in activity levels, and trying new or richer foods can all play a role.

The good news? A little support goes a long way. Try to eat regularly where you can, stay hydrated, keep some familiar foods in the mix, and most importantly let go of perfection. Your gut doesn’t need “perfect”, it needs kindness 💚

Hydration isn’t just about drinking more water 🤯🥵

It’s about how your body actually absorbs and holds onto fluid.

🥝 Foods with a high water content (think oranges, kiwi, berries, cucumber) all count towards hydration

🧪Sodium, potassium, and other electrolytes help your body stay hydratied. Consider replacing them with an electrolyte drink, especially if you're sweating more!

🍼 Taking smaller, regular sips helps you stay hydrated consistently

🍽 Eating regularly also helps! Your body retains fluids more effectively when it’s fuelled

🍷 Be aware that alcohol, caffeine, and very salty foods can contribute to becoming dehydrated
