We're a nurse-led NDIS and private care provider now supporting participants across Melbourne's Bayside and South-East suburbs. Founded by a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in disability and complex nursing, we take time to get to know you, understand your goals, your preferences, and what matters most to you.
Here's how we can support you:
🏥 High Intensity Clinical Nursing
Complex bowel care, tracheostomy management, wound care, enteral feeding, catheter care, dysphagia and ventilator support.
🤝 Core & Community Supports
Personal care, community participation, life skills development, medication management, daily living support and more.
🏠 Private In-Home Care
Post-hospital support, respite, personal care and domestic assistance for clients outside the NDIS.
All care is delivered or supervised by Registered Nurses - but what our participants value most is that we listen, we're consistent, and we show up as familiar faces they can trust.
