The past two weeks have been a blast 💚

From mindfulness art with Lesley Mindful Musing Creative Health,to making zucchini pickles with Susan, movement class where Pixie the dog has become a much loved regular.
Every movement has been filled with joy and connection.
F***a Sista continues to be all about inclusion, getting moving, and feeling a true sense of belonging.
There's been plenty of love,laughter and amazing conversations.
Most importantly, the freedom to simply be you 💚

Good afternoon, Sistas 💚

March is Endometriosis Month, and today I want to stand with every woman who lives with this relentless, invisible pain.

To anyone navigating endometriosis: you are not alone and you are a warrior.

I see you. I understand you. And I will always share and speak up.
I suffered for years, often feeling isolated and unheard. What carried me through was learning to trust my body and advocate for myself, six months ago I had a hysterectomy. A decision that came after a long, challenging journey.

Talking about endometriosis matters. Awareness matters and Community matters.
Most importantly never give up on yourself.

Sending strength, love to every person walking this path. 💚

STOP EVERYTHING – SISTAS, WE HAVE NEWS!

Last Friday night the community showed what is possible when people come together for something that truly matters.
Thanks to our incredible friend, Jemma’s incredible International Women’s Day trivia night, $4,357 was raised for the F***a Sista program — with 100% of the profits going directly into the program.

F***a Sista is a physical and mental wellbeing program created exclusively for women and gender diverse people, providing a safe, welcoming and affirming space to move, connect and build confidence. The response since launching has been incredible, and the program has quickly become something very special within our community.

Although we are lucky enough to have been funded to set up and begin the program through Strong & Resilient grant from The Australian Neighbourhood Houses and Centres Association, our current funding for F***a Sista is due to end on April 30. The F***a Sista crew have been wracking our brains trying to find creative ways to keep the program going because of the enormous impact it is already having.

This event has given the program a huge boost — helping extend F***a Sista until the end of 2026 and giving us more time to build the partnerships and support needed for the future.

A huge thank our wonderful Jemma, whose passion and determination made the night possible. We also want to thank the incredible sponsors, partners, prize donors and supporters who helped bring the event together and made it an even bigger success than any of us imagined.

We simply must mention one very important result from the night — the “Dolly Parton” table, featuring KNH staff Freya and Bec, proudly took out the trivia win. Clearly the rhinestones brought good luck.

To everyone who attended and supported the event — thank you. We can’t wait to continue sharing with you the impact, connection and confidence you are helping to create for the amazing people who make up the F***a Sista community. 💛

P.S we hear there is a giant sparkly check being crafted, who is down for a photo with Jemma? ❤
