Anzac Day honours all Australian personnel who have served in wars, conflicts, and peace and humanitarian operations. This poster commemorates the families and loved ones who support Australia's veterans. It shows a member of the Royal Australian Navy standing with his children on the beach at Dee Why, New South Wales, after an Anzac Day dawn service. For every person who served, there are families, friends and loved ones who have supported them and endured their own sacrifices.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old;
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

This wonderful family has welcomed three beautiful babies over the years—Eliana Rose (2018), Levi John (2023), and Theo Peter (2026), each safely delivered by Dr Ishwari Casikar at Nepean Private Hospital.

“A few days ago, I gave birth to our third child at Nepean Private Hospital. My husband, Chris, and I have been so lucky each time to be treated with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism during our stays. The midwives are angels with a wealth of knowledge that they pass on to you, so you too are confident when you leave to start your journey as a parent. “We had the most beautiful experience delivering both of our daughters at Nepean Private Hospital under the incredible care of Dr Sarah Pixton.

Our daughter Stella was born on the 31st of December 2025, and Dr Pixton made us feel so safe, supported and cared for throughout the entire journey. Her kindness, calmness and genuine care mean more to our family than we could ever express.

The midwives were absolutely amazing, with a very special mention to the beautiful Mary for helping deliver our precious girl.

Our eldest daughter Hallie was also born here in 2022 with Dr Pixton and the wonderful midwife April, which made coming back again feel so special.

We will always be so grateful for the care and love shown to our family.”

An amazing maternal assisted caesarean with Dr Sarah Pixton at Nepean Private Hospital.

A Maternal Assisted Caesarean is a unique birthing method that allows the mother to be actively involved in the caesarean birth of her baby. The mother is able to reach down to help lift her baby from the womb, bringing the baby straight up onto her chest for immediate skin-to-skin contact, while still maintaining a surgically safe environment. Your obstetrician completes the remainder of the caesarean procedure while your baby remains on your chest.

This remarkable birthing method can be hard to imagine. A very special thank you to beautiful mum Kaitlyn and her son Patrick for allowing us to share these incredible birth photographs.

Today, Nepean Private Hospital received a very cute and cuddly donation from The Pale Blue Dot Foundation.

The Pale Blue Dot Foundation was set up by DJL Project Management to show compassion and support for families during their time in hospital.

This initiative is more than just teddy bears. It’s about showing children and their families that there is a community of people who care and who want to make a difference, one small act of kindness at a time.
