Today I had the absolute honour of speaking at the GP Wellbeing Day, guiding an amazing group of healthcare heroes through a Mindful Reset.

In the middle of their non-stop schedules, it was powerful to pause together, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with the moment, with themselves, and with what truly matters. 💛

As a mindfulness coach, there’s nothing more rewarding than creating space for people to slow down, tune in, and reset—especially those who give so much to others every single day.

✨ Why Affirmations Alone Often Fall Flat — And What to Do Instead ✨

Self-love isn’t a luxury. It’s the foundation of your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It’s not selfish—it’s essential.

You’ve probably heard affirmations like:
💗 “I am enough.”
💗 “I love and approve of myself.”
💗 “I am worthy of happiness and respect.”

They sound beautiful. But let’s be honest... sometimes you say them, and nothing shifts. Why?

Because if your subconscious doesn’t believe it—if old emotional programming says otherwise—no amount of repetition will make it stick. That’s where the frustration creeps in… “Why can’t I feel what I’m saying?”

👉 This is where the MAP Method comes in.

The MAP (Make Anything Possible) Method is a neuroscience-based tool that works with your superconscious mind to locate and neutralize the root memories, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks that prevent affirmations from landing.

Our Story

Life is a balancing act that requires your Mind, Body and Energy to be aligned. At Mind Body Energy we offer corporate wellness programs which may include Mindful Leadership, Mindfulness Meditation,Emotional Intelligence,Resilience Coaching ,Laughter Yoga,Mindful Eating and iRest Yoga Nidra.

We also facilitate the Standard Mental Health First Aid Training courses.

Our popular “Zen Warrior “ Mindfulness Meditation classes for young children(as seen on Qantas in- flight entertainment) and teens are scheduled on a regular basis. Mindfulness Meditation classes for adults in the community run every month.

Private mindfulness coaching for all ages is available in person and via zoom.
