Mental Nourishment is for those people who are living with Mental Illness and need somewhere to go for inspiration and advice. There is a focus on health, exercise and nourishment as we believe that with a healthy body you can help to create a healthy mind. Everybody is welcome here and we are a safe space where no negative or rude comments will be tolerated. We promote positivity and will not post anything encouraging negativity or self harm. We encourage others to post positive things. Page Admin are Qualified Mental Health/Drug and Alcohol Health Educators and passionate about health and fitness.
