DRY NEEDLING . How does it work?
A muscle that is over worked will eventually form abnormal contractions within the muscle fibers myo-fascial trigger points. (people feel these as knots) As a Trained therapist I identify these spots to release them with a very fine needle by activating a ‘twitch response’ a reflexive involuntary spasm deep within the muscle fibres. Unlike other manual therapies dry needling can access deeper parts of the muscle for a faster more complete recovery improving movement and health of muscles
