I love school holidays and Slower living 🍞

I won a sourdough making kit at my work Christmas party 🎄

This dopamine hit has been a slow build- activated the starter…collecting discard starter…practising with crumpets…preparing the loaf yesterday…gentle folding it every 30mins or so…resting it overnight in the fridge…baking it this morning…letting it cool before I cut it…enjoying it bite by bite, with olive oil and salt

One slice and I am so full!

Bread. The way nature intended. In 2026 I want more of a slow, intentional and mindful way of living. 🥖 🍞 🥯 🥨
