AVAILABILITY IN LAKELANDS AND SINGLETON

I know it’s been getting harder to secure an appointment with me, so I’m expanding my availability AND adding a new location!

Starting February 27th, 2025, I’ll be adding a new Thursday morning shift (9 AM – 1 PM) in Singleton.

Bookings for Thursday mornings will open next week, and both new and existing patients are welcome to book at either location for added convenience.

What a year it’s been. Anakin is quite literally falling apart 😂

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you all once again for trusting me with your injury recovery, your comp prep, your concussions, your chronic pain, and your loved ones. I’ve met so many new people this year and you are all glorious and I’m looking forward to continuing to work with you.

A special shout out to my loyal regulars who stuck it out and returned to me after my injury. I truly appreciate you all, and my business would not have recovered without you.

PLEASE READ: WAITLISTED OPTION REMOVED

For the sake of transparency, the clinic booking system for my appointments is managed and controlled by Jupiter Health Lakelands. All cancellations are made available to the public online immediately. I do not have remote access when I am not clinic to notice cancellations in real time and prioritise waitlisted patients. This has lead to a breakdown in the waitlist strategy put in place as it is only effective when I am physically in the office, so I have made the decision to remove the option entirely.

I *ALWAYS* have last minute cancellations. My suggestion moving forward is:

Keep an eye on my online availability the day before you would like to come in. 7pm is often the best time to check, as the clinic is closed and online cancellations are no longer available by this time.

I know this seems like I’ve decided to host an online hunger games, because that’s pretty much exactly what’s happening.

So may the odds be ever in your favour 🫠

I don’t know if I’m a workaholic or just dedicated, but today while I was trying Reformer Pilates for the first time I started compiling a list in my mind of all my patients that could benefit from this.
