GIPPY GIRLS CAN ~ DIP 💦

We are SO grateful to be partnering with to facilitate a COLD DIP here in Lakes Entrance this Wednesday 🌅

A safe space for women and girls to come embark on an empowering journey outside their comfort zone 💪

With a short sunrise meditation to begin, before an invigorating cold dip into the lake. Followed by coffee and connection afterwards at Salty Groms.

MEET:

📍 Across the Footbridge and on the left, meet on the Grassy area out the front of the Surf Club.

BRING:
🩱 Wear your swimmers
🧣 Warm Change of Clothes
🎒Towel
🧦 Socks and Shoes (promise me your feet will be cold)
