Do you eat breakfast… or do you just survive till smoko on coffee and good intentions? 😅☕️

Because here’s the truth babe… breakfast sets the tone for your whole day ✅

And on the PHATT Program, we focus on PROTEIN for breakfast for a reason 👇

Why protein first thing in the morning matters 💪
Starting your day with protein helps:

✨ keep you fuller for longer (less snacky, less “what’s in the pantry?” at 10am)
✨ stabilise blood sugar (fewer spikes = fewer cravings)
✨ support your metabolism + muscle (especially important as we hit 40+)
