“A Alchemist Knows Their Reality Is A Reflection Of Their Own Inner State.”❤️🙏

My previous reel I speak about “Changing Your Reality.”🤔

I speak about this topic from “Lived Experience.” 🫶🏻

The reality I live in today is vastly different to the one I lived through many, many years ago.😪

I was forced to look directly inwards through parts of my life journey.😳

I was plagued with very negative thoughts and the reality I lived in at this time was “fear.” 😰

Fast forward many years and through my healing journey I now live in a place of inner calm, serenity and peace.🕊️❤️🙏

To receive this level of healing and insight I did a lot of inner work. 😓

I began challenging my belief system and re wiring my brain.🧠

Brick by brick and thought by thought I changed every negative thought my brain automatically produced into a positive one.☝️

I learned how to transform my life and something that I learned along the way was that if I wanted to feel calm from within I had to change the way I looked at the world.🧐

And….

As I changed the way I looked at the world, my inner dialogue changed and through time this ultimately changed the energy I vibrated at.💕

Along the way an alchemist was born…⚡️💞🦋🕊️🫶🏻

Through humble beginnings I can now comfortably say that I have grown and evolved into someone now who is proud of the girl who went through the journey to become the woman I was always destined to become. ❤️

And

The foundation that I have now cultivated from within, ripples out to absolutely everyone that I’m blessed to meet. 🫶🏻🦋✨❤️🕊️🙏
