Spleen 6 is another of the forbidden points I work during your birth preparation sequence. Found 3cun above your medial malleolus, it’s a point I drag downwards to cause uterine expulsion…

Bladder 60
I use this point after 37 weeks (it’s a forbidden point before this gestation) I apply pressure on this point bilaterally on the lateral aspect to regulate contractions, helping them to become stronger and more regular. I’ve sat at the feet on many labouring women applying pressure on this point, usually with great success🫶🏻
It’s also a part of my labour activation sequence!
