Today Angel harvested our first purple lettuce to have on chicken wraps for lunch. It looked and tasted amazing. Thanks Angel!

Today our Support Worker Gil taught some of the kids how to use a compass to navigate around the farm. He gave them some directions on a piece of paper which Zahn and Lochlan followed around the farm. Today was to teach some basic orienteering skills with a planned treasure hunt in the near future.

Another great Saturday out at the farm. Logan was excited to harvest some radishes. We planted tomatoes, capsicum, chilies and butternut pumpkins.
For lunch we made baked potatoes in a camp fire and topped them with cheese, bacon and sour cream.

Today we built a "tomato tunnel" to protect the tomatoes from fruit flies. Now tomorrow we will be planting tomatoes, chillies and capsicum plants with Kids Club. Can everyone who is coming please remember to be sun safe and bring a hat and sunglasses. We have sunscreen at the shed.

Today was another big day at kids club, featuring outdoor games, a BBQ lunch, chicken cuddles, karaoke, and gaming, all of which were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone.

We spent Saturday playing classic arcade games in the shed, preparing homemade pumpkin soup and garlic bread, purchasing vegetables for the vegetable patch at Bunnings, and then planting them. What a day!

Today, the four microscopes Nick ordered have arrived. The staff and participants enjoyed examining various objects (including Nick's ears and head) around the farm. This activity was not only intriguing but also provided a unique perspective on our surroundings.

Saturday was another busy kids club. We cooked cupcakes, cookies and home made pizzas, printed some things on the 3D printer, played games, fossil hunted and finished with a quick fishing trip all at our Largs location.

Our Saturday kids club runs every Saturday 9am to 3pm.

Graham has been making some amazing choices with his diet, which he should be proud of. Today he decided to work out on some public gym equipment in a park, while on community access. Well done Gray! You are well and truly on your way to being "Graham the Hulk." P.s Nick is still very jealous of your library bag!

Another great day at the farm yesterday: playing games, painting, laser tag in the paddock, and building an off-road RC rock crawler track. Plus, we must not forget about playing with the animals.

Will was fascinated with the 3d printed Raptor head we printed today.

Thankfully, the flood water has gone down enough for us to open the shed again. Zahn made some amazing pancakes in celebration, which Peter was in awe of due to their perfection. Angel decorated Nick with wool and stickers. The shed did not stay clean for long. Thanks everyone for a great day.
