BRITTANY’S JOURNEY ✨
“I started my weight loss journey about 9 months ago, I didn’t take any pictures of my starting point because I didn’t expect it to stick, I’d tried so many times and it never did so I thought this time would be exactly the same. I also have no real full body photos of myself that aren’t carefully crafted to make myself look smaller so I find it hard to actually visualise any weight loss. I just stumbled across this TikTok video in my photo memories, I’m surprised it still exists honestly because I usually would’ve deleted it but I’m thankful it does because I can actually see a change. At my heaviest, between my 2 boys, I was close to 120kg, I never thought I was “that big”, but I’m now just under 100kg, a goal I’ve had for the past 4-5 years and never achieved.
I kickstarted my weight loss doing keto and hated it, I ended up getting gallstones and had to stop and I feel so lucky to have found my love for the gym and found Raise The Bar, it’s made sticking to something so easy. I still have days/weeks where I’m not perfect but I’m so much more aware of my choices and most of all I can see results. I still have a while to go but I feel confident I can do it now so thank you Josie and Rachelle 💕”
