Here is what we have been doing at our RMT meet-ups. :)
Vision Boards don't have to be for the 'New Year Resolution' - I finished my personal one a couple of weeks ago. I personally actually like doing mine in the Winter time. Retreating into myself and contemplating what it is I want to create - come Spring time and we are ready for that fruition!
Do them whenever you feel like it! They're so much fun!

Those little niggles? That's your body communicating to you. It can't speak. It feels.
Pain is not good or bad - it's informing you of what needs to change.
There are times that I get mad at my body - why is my shoulder hurting? Why am I sick? My ankle feels like it's about to snap!
There are other times I am gentle with my body - I notice and I listen to what it needs. Movement, rest, strength. Have a cup of tea, Darling.
It doesn't always look pretty to be honest. It is a skill to learn to listen to your body. But... You are more than capable of doing that.
A minute today could turn into a stronger body tomorrow.
