Pause.
I've been sharing glimpses of my new adventure as an upcoming author lately, and it feels right to be fully transparent about what that means for Acacia & Oak.
Over the past couple of years, I've really focused on learning to rest and pause when needed, and to avoid taking on too much. I'll admit, I've always been prone to overloading my plate and rarely stopping. I'm actively working on that now, learning to move through the spaces I'm truly called to, without carrying all the extras.
There's still so much I envision for Acacia & Oak. I poured my heart into building this business, and it has achieved incredible things. It served its purpose beautifully, providing me with invaluable knowledge and a sense of freedom. However, it's time for complete honesty.
While I've mentioned before that I'd be a bit quiet as I juggle my book project, the truth is, the guilt of keeping my small business open has been weighing heavily on me.
So, for now, Acacia & Oak is paused.
Perhaps one day, the dream of running Acacia & Oak alongside a small cafe will fully flourish, allowing me to help even more people with their skin concerns. That's the vision I'm holding onto one day.
P.S. If you'd like to follow my author journey, you can find me at , where my book is set to launch in four and a half months!
Lots of love, Li.
