It was fantastic catching up with everyone at yesterday's Launceston Wheelies meetup!

Big shoutout to Tasmanian Disability Awards nominee, Lorene Dowling, for joining us. We had a brilliant afternoon immersed in the world of Frida Kahlo, enjoying music, singing, and good company at The Lounge. Feeling inspired and energized!

Fancy trying some wheelchair skills? If you're in Launceston and use a wheelchair or support someone who uses one, then we've got a great new free social program starting monthly on Friday, 6 June 2025 at 2.45pm-4.15pm at PCYC, Newstead.
There are options to try Boccia or other ball skills, and plenty of time to catch up with friends and also talk about Person-Centred Emergency Preparation.

ACD Tas is partnering with Hobart Airport to organise aircraft familiarisation tours for people with disability.

Hobart Airport will offer tours before school holidays, this year to provide participants with a hands-on experience navigating the airport and boarding an aircraft.
