We’re glad to let you know that Sherri will be running alternating classes on Saturdays between Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga 🧘♀️✨
This Saturday at 9:45am, we’re starting with Yin Yoga.
WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for longer periods. It focuses on deep stretching of the connective tissues, improving flexibility, increasing circulation, and promoting relaxation. It’s the perfect class to unwind, reset your nervous system, and release built-up tension from the week.
Please bring your own bolster if you have one.
