Chair Yoga Class at Club North Haven

Every Monday at 10am we meet at Club North Haven to practice our Yoga Sit, or Chair Yoga class.

Chair yoga is an excellent way to incorporate yoga practices into your life using the support of a chair.

Every class helps with balance and flexibility, along with strengthening the body, and also the mind and spirit through breathing practices and meditation.

$10 per person….. all ages and abilities

Sound Healing in November

Our next Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra session is on Saturday 1st November at 2pm at Sacred Grounds….

Yoga Nidra or the yogis non sleep deep rest coupled with Sound Healing really amplifies the healing and rejuvenating capacity in our bodies and allows a gentle soothing relaxation at the same time. It’s like a work “In” as opposed to a work “out”.
