Camden Haven Yoga offers a variety of classes to practice yoga safely and within the limits of your own body’s ability.
Our weekly Yoga Classes are at Club North Haven
Monday Yoga Sit 10am
Thursday Yoga Balance 10am
Both 1 hour classes
Yoga Sit uses the chair as a prop and is a grounded and balanced class offering strength, flexibility and mobility.
Yoga Balance is a step up from Yoga Sit, still using a chair if you need it, with all postures and sequences practiced standing or using the chair for stability.
If you haven’t practiced yoga for a while, or struggle with getting up and down off the floor, then these classes will help develop and improve your balance, strength and flexibility using the chair for support.
Each class is completed with pranayama (yogi breathing practice) and meditation.
