🌼🤧 Seasonal vs. Year-Round Allergies — What’s the Difference?
Sneezing, sniffling, itchy eyes — sound familiar? It might be allergies. But not all allergies are seasonal, and knowing the difference can help you manage your symptoms better.
🌸 Seasonal Allergies
These tend to pop up in spring, summer, or autumn and are usually triggered by pollen from trees, grasses, or weeds. You might notice symptoms like sneezing, a runny nose, itchy eyes, or a scratchy throat — especially when you’re outdoors.
🏠 Year-Round Allergies
These stick around all year and are often caused by things like dust mites, pet dander, mould, or even cockroaches. If you’re sneezing or congested no matter the season, indoor allergens could be the culprit.
