Temporary - Permanent Full-Time | 38 hours per week

Are You Passionate About Healthcare and Customer Service? We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dispensary Technician / Webster Packing Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role plays an important part in supporting our dispensary operations and providing high-quality care to our customers and aged-care clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage medication packing, including Webster packing services for customers and aged care facilities
• Assist in the dispensary with customer service and prescription processing in line with policies and procedures
• Support day-to-day dispensary operations
• Provide professional advice and assistance to customers in-store and over the phone
• Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service always
We Are Looking for Someone Who
• Enjoys engaging with customers and delivering excellent service
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Works well as part of a team in a busy pharmacy environment
• Is reliable, adaptable and self-motivated
• Is keen to learn and expand their skill set
Experience
Previous pharmacy experience or retail experience is highly regarded but not essential. Remuneration will be based on experience
