🌿 This Week’s Easy Yin Flow at Dharma Cottage Yoga
🌿Join us for a deeply nourishing and gentle practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.
We’ll begin with calming yogic breath and Trataka meditation to settle the mind and ground the body. From there, we’ll ease into a slow, mindful flow—starting with the spine, then easing into the hips—allowing space to gently release tension and build awareness.
Our practice will wind down with deeper spinal twists before melting into a final, restful relaxation.
