There’s been so many discussions in the clinic these past few weeks since I finished a two day specialised workshop on aging, menopause and andropause.

Aging is one of the most natural things that will ever happen to us, yet so rarely discussed and quite often treated as a medical problem.

The peace I witness in others as we discuss the topic of aging, is life altering.

Much more is discussed about menopause than andropause (as shown by amount of hashtags), so men, please book in with me to talk about the changes you may be experiencing.
