You might really enjoy writing but cant seem to find the time.
Or you would like to start journaling but don't know how.
You want to slow down and do something for you but somehow you always seem to run out of time and space.

I am giving you 30 minutes each week to come together with other mums to just quietly write or create. Booking it in, scheduling it, and having someone holding your hand (me!) will help in creating new positive habits.

Empowerment Triangle Reframe:

You notice the resentment as a signal.

You pause and tune in: “What do I really need?”

You share: “I’ve realised I’m holding a lot right now, and it’s building up. I’d love to sit down together and divvy up responsibilities more clearly. Can we make a time to talk?”

You open a conversation from your Creator role, express your truth as a Challenger, and invite your partner into his own capacity (Coach).

This doesn't guarantee instant harmony, but it stops the reactive spiral and opens space for conscious, co-created solutions.

In the Home: the ripple effect when you embody this shift:

• Your kids learn emotional accountability and healthy boundaries.

• Your partner has a chance to meet you in a new, empowered space.

• You model what it looks like to honour your needs without blame.

• The atmosphere becomes less reactive, more intentional, and more connected.

Fresh sheets, hot cup of tea, and peace and quiet - i just enjoyed this combination for a vouple of hours today, and it was the best Sunday afternoon in a while 😌

I found myself in an unexpected gap. Between mopping the floors and meal planning the next week all of a sudden I was all by myself at home and realised it would probably be like that for a couple of hours. The excitement about the peace and quiet was rushing through my system.

I asked myself:"How can I show myself love today?"
And this is what I came up with:
- a guided meditation in bed 🧘🏽‍♀️
- a lovely cup of tea 🍵
- some creative journaling 🎨
- connecting with some friends via voice messages 💌

Pure bliss.

I found my cup filled and able to pour generously when my girls came home.

I have been im DOING mode for a while now and struggled to fit in BEING lately. How is your ratio of DOING and BEING right now?

Mine looks like this:

Doing 🏃🏽‍♀️ 90 %
Being 🧘🏽‍♀️ 10 %

Today was an attempt to evening out this scale ⚖️ 😊

Parts work (IFS Therapy), EMDR, creative journaling, and dancing! What a combo! This is how I healed a part of me that was still stuck in a traumatic time postpartum.

Healing takes time and patience. It's not a straightforward process, and it can, at times, leave you desperate and hopeless.

The modalities I have used for this particular puzzle piece are fascinating, and I am in awe of how our world provides. How we are divinely guided towards healing when we tune in and listen.

I believe that we all have the ability to do this, to heal ourselves and to find our very own unique and surprising path towards wholeness within.

What you see here in the sketch on the left is the transformation of a part of me called 'The Godmother' into her true self 'The Aunty'. The Godmother was very strict, harsh and stoic. She believed that good parents are vigilant all the time and was basing her beliefs in fear. The Aunty is a fun-loving, dancing, baking, and happy protector who is anchored in connection.

It took me (and will take me) a lot of work to get her to trust me enough to let go of the burdens placed on her by traumatic experiences.

This healing work is hard. And it is absolutely magnificent at the same time.
