This waffle recipe from Danielle Walker is amazing and super quick and easy to make🤩 Soft and fluffy on the inside, crunchy on the outside and the best part is you can make a double batch and freeze some for mornings when you’re in a hurry…just grab straight from the freezer and pop them in the toaster and you’re ready to go!

Come along to the Wallington Strawberry Fair today, 10am-4pm, for a fantastic day of fun and fundraising for the school.

🥕 There is no other carrot better than a home grown one!

I know it’s organic, and the smell and flavour of a fresh home grown carrot cannot be compared to any bought from the supermarket!! If you haven’t grown them yourself yet, give it a go!

Starting the morning with some home made & grown goodness!

Homemade yoghurt is easy to make, delicious, thick and creamy and full of gut healing live cultures, plus it’s so much more cost effective!

Our Blueberries and Apricots are amazing this year, so full of flavour and sweetness. Very grateful for what our garden is gifting us 🥳

In today’s video on the Harvest Remedy YouTube Channel, I am prepping from scratch some kitchen staples; getting ready for the week ahead. Everything is Gluten & Grain Free. I also make everything Refined Sugar Free too and of course full of flavour and delicious!

I prep some Greek Style Yoghurt (24hr ferment), Chicken Bone Broth, Tomato Ketchup, Beetroot Dip (using beetroots from the garden), Crackers, Mayonnaise, Mint Ice-Cream and Quick Pickled Red Onions.

In today’s post I’m finally getting around to starting my Spring 2024 seeds. I sow a massive 432 seeds and that’s just for the vegetables and fruit to feed my family! I’m growing these all organically and use non-gmo, open pollinated and mostly heirloom seeds. I also start over 200 cut flower seeds 🌸
