Welcome to Tracey's Spiritual Intuition & Guidance Page. I have created this page as a safe space for like minded people to be able to come together to share, learn and grow together. I shall be putting a card reading up daily on this page, along with other little treasures along the way. I would love for you all to share my journey with Intuition and all things spiritual, so go on, have a read, even if it's just for a laugh. It could change your life too. But, before you do, here is a quick recap of what got me to where I am today. Some of this is a little dark, but that's life hey? Remember this is a safe place with no judgement.

I was always great at hiding behind a smile, and a laugh. Believe me, no one ever would ever have known the torment I was going through almost every day.. But now..... I have changed my way of thinking NOW, instead of saying “Why me”. I ask: “How can I come out of this stronger” OR “What can I learn from this.” I have changed my outlook on life. Going from someone who was medicated for, and suffered with Anxiety and Depression so badly that there were days when I couldn't even get out of bed, let alone leave the house. It was seriously debilitating.

My mindset was a negative, poor me, why me, guilt, shame, angry, lonely, scared, overwhelmed, regret, betrayal, unloved, ugly, fat, shy, confused, blame, type of mindset. I dwelled on the past too much, all the old hurts and pains, some of which were from childhood. Things like, infidelity, divorce, sexual abuse, being overweight, bullied at school, and so many more. We all have our own demons to deal with, and with help from others it can be less daunting. Like I said earlier, my aim is to help heal as many people as possible, whether that be mentally, physically, emotionally or spiritually.

I have now found Self Empowerment....I have managed to fall in love, respect, honor, and accept myself as I am NOW! I feel so Empowered. I just really wanted to share this epic moment of self awareness and clarity. If you would like to now how, just shoot me a message at any time. I am here to help. My mindset has now changed to a positive, grateful, loving, caring, nurturing, worthy, proud, strong, accepting warrior type of mindset. I have found a new thirst for everything that life has to offer. How did I change my mindset.....Ask for help. If it becomes a burden too big to carry on your own. I'm here, but if not me, then please ask for help from someone. If I can do it then you can do it too, I’m not saying it will be easy to achieve your greatest dreams and desires, but I am saying it will be worth it, and sometimes the harder it is, the greater the satisfaction when you do finally achieve it! Yeh, you will get knocked down… but you must get up again. Keep fighting. Dig deep and find that strength that lives inside you. Discover your true STRENGTH. Sometimes setback or roadblocks are sent to guide us in a much bigger and better direction. But you can only see that if you show character in those hard times. Remain open minded in those hard times. Show strength through your pain and struggles.
