Data-driven SIL isn’t about turning support into numbers.
It’s about paying closer attention to what’s really happening day to day -routines, incidents, behaviour trends, engagement, staff matching and the little changes that can easily get missed.
Because when support teams have better visibility, they can make better decisions.
And better decisions lead to more consistent support, stronger outcomes and a better experience for the person being supported.
That’s what data-driven care should be:
not less human, just better informed.
