One of the most important questions a support coordinator can ask is:

How are you tracking what’s actually happening over time?

Because good data creates better visibility. It helps providers notice changes earlier, respond sooner, and make more informed decisions before small issues turn into bigger ones.

In SIL, that can lead to stronger support, better stability, and placements that are more likely to last.

Caring and experience will always matter, but when things get complex, visibility is what helps turn good support into the right support.
