Great catching up with Shannon from last week 🤝

We love working alongside other allied health and exercise professionals who genuinely care about supporting clients through every stage of their journey.

While their team focuses on gym-based Exercise Physiology, we’re more community based supporting clients at home, in schools, and out in the community where they feel most comfortable.

We can still work with clients when they’re unwell, help with OT assessments, recommend the right equipment and support everyday function and independence.

And when clients are ready to step things up with more structured gym-based training and conditioning, we know they’ll be in great hands with these guys 🙌

Hi everyone 👋

I am Tracy Chan, mobile physiotherapist based in Leppington. I’d love to share a little about my journey as a physiotherapist and the work I’m passionate about.

💡 My motto: “Hearing ears, healing hands.”
Because great care begins with truly listening, and healing follows through with skill and compassion.

For the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide variety of clients – from children with ASD and ADHD, to adults recovering from stroke, Parkinson's, dementia, musculoskeletal injuries, and post-operative rehab.

✨ Real Progress. Real People. Real Results. ✨

When we first met this lovely lady in June, she was living with advanced Lewy body dementia — bedbound, rigid, and unable to sit on the edge of her bed.

Through twice-weekly home visits focused on capacity building, staff training, manual therapy, stretching, and balance work, we began the journey to support both her and her care team.

Just weeks later, she’s now able to sit up on the edge of her bed with standby assistance — a milestone that once felt out of reach.

We’re incredibly grateful to her family for allowing us to share this story. It’s a beautiful reminder that with the right support, change is possible — even in complex cases.
