Now open every day of the week, the Mount Barker Medicare Mental Health Centre provides free, walk-in mental health support for individuals aged 16 and over who are experiencing distress, crisis, or suicidal thoughts.

No Medicare card, appointment or referral needed. Simply walk in and access support.

We are open from 9am to 7pm on Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 9pm Thursday and Friday, and 12pm to 8pm on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

We are located at Unit 9, 2-4 Cameron Road, Mount Barker. This service is delivered by Summit Health and funded by SA Health and Country SA PHN .

Who would be interested in a Dru Yoga class in Mt Pleasant?

It’s looking like a time slot is becoming available at the end of this term, which means I could offer a 45 minute class 6:30-7:15pm on Tuesday nights. Class would be $15. This would follow on from Boxing which will move to 5:30-6:15pm, and if you came to both classes it would be $25 total.

Let me know if you’re keen, as I’m only going to offer this if people want it.
