Easter long weekend is fast approaching!
Logan Skin Clinic will be closed Friday 18th April - Monday 21st April. We will reopen as normal on Tuesday 22nd April.
If any of our fabulous patients have any concerns over the Easter break, please see your regular GP or present to hospital.

LSC would like to Introduce Dr. Chee Khoon Tee.
Dr. Tee is a highly qualified and experienced General Practitioner with a specialized focus in skin cancer. Holding an MBBS, along with Master’s degrees in both Family Medicine and Skin Cancer, Dr. Tee brings extensive expertise to Logan Skin Clinic.

Dr. Tee previously worked at The Waterford 7 Day Clinic, where he gained valuable experience in providing high-quality care to the community. His ability to communicate in multiple languages—English, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, Hakka, Malay, Indonesian, and Hindi—allows him to offer culturally sensitive and comprehensive care to a diverse range of patients.

With winter fast approaching, many of us will spend more time indoors but it doesn’t mean that the risk of Skin Cancer is gone. If you spend your lunch break outside or take an afternoon walk, you’re still getting some exposure to the sun. It’s recommended that you get a skin cancer check every 12 months, or anytime you notice something that concerns you. Have you noticed any spots or moles that change in colour or shape, new spots, freckles or red scaly areas that are slow to heal?

You can reduce your risk of sun damage and skin cancer by staying in the shade under an umbrella, tree, or other shelter. Your best bet to protect your skin is to use sunscreen or wear protective clothing when you're outside—even when you're in the shade. ⛱
