Nutrition - eating a healthy balance of fruit 🍌 vegetables 🥕 and protein 🐓
Sleep - 🛌 a heathy routine around sleep helps your body recover and repair, going to bed at around the same time each night and ensuring your body has enough rest & repair is also a big step in keeping your body healthy 👌
Exercise - 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🚲 🏋🏼‍♀️ 🏊🏿‍♀️ 🚣‍♂️ regular physical activity (regular being the focus😉) helps maintain a healthy weight, by increasing your metabolism & muscle mass, this stimulates the calorie burn 🔥
All of this helps to shift the kilos and keep them off!

Protein is not a bad thing! It won’t bulk you up, if you eat too much of it! Well it will, but that’s another story, for everyday people looking to lose body fat, It is great for recovery, great for building muscle mass, with strength training!

Protein synthesis ~ the scientific way of saying repairing & growing muscle.
How much protein do you need for muscle recovery?
Post recovery 0.2-0.5pm of protein per kilogram of body weight, has been shown to improve muscle protein synthesis.
Don’t replace good REAL food sources of protein with supplements, use it to help you reach your protein goal, on top of these good sources!
