Welcome to The Yoga Space and thank you so much for following my journey as I start my new yoga venture 💛 I’m Kate a mum of two little ones, a boy and a girl and I have recently completed my Yoga Teacher Training 🧘🏼‍♀️

I fell in love with yoga before I had my children, it has always felt like ‘coming home’ to me when I get on my mat and practice and I have recently come back to the practice after many years of being a busy mum.

I used to love the fast paced, sweaty yoga but I have really fallen in love with gentle, slow flow yoga where we really take the time to hold our postures, focus on our breath and move with intention. Helping people to relax, come back to their breath and their body and to leave the class feeling zen is what I love the most about being a teacher. Thank you for following along 💛🌙✨
