This Monday, we create space where we often hold tension.

Our practice explores Open the Front Body – Chest, Quads & Shoulders, with a focus on easing tightness from sitting, stress, and daily life. Through heart-opening poses, gentle backbends, and long, supported stretches, we’ll invite more freedom into the front of the body.

Breath-led movement will help restore balance between strength and openness, leaving you feeling lighter, more upright, and deeply refreshed.

This week, we turn our attention to the strength that supports us from behind.

Tomorrow’s practice is themed Back Body Love – A Focus on the Posterior Chain, exploring the often-overlooked muscles along the back of the body — from the heels and hamstrings, through the glutes, and up the spine.

You can expect a strong yet mindful class with steady holds and lengthening stretches designed to build support, improve posture, and release built-up tension. With breath guiding each movement, we’ll create a sense of both strength and ease through the back line of the body.

As we step into 2026, I want to say thank you for being part of the Maianbar Yoga community 🤍

Whether you joined me on the mat often, occasionally, or carried the spirit of practise with you in daily life, your presence matters and is truly appreciated.

Looking ahead, 2026 is about strength — in body, breath, and mind — with new classes alongside more of what you already enjoy. My hope is that Maianbar Yoga continues to be a place where you feel grounded, supported, and encouraged to move at your own pace.
