Our Core & Calm (Yoga–Pilates) class at 7.30am continues the theme Breath & Expansion – Opening the Upper Body.

Through slow, controlled movement, we’ll gently activate the deep core and postural muscles that support the breath, while encouraging soft expansion through the rib cage, chest, and shoulders.

A calm, strengthening practice to help you feel more open, supported, and at ease in your body.

This Monday at Maianbar Yoga, our focus is Breath & Expansion – Opening the Upper Body.

Through flowing sequences, gentle stretches, and breath-led movement, we’ll create space across the chest and shoulders while improving rib cage mobility and connection to the breath. A practice designed to support posture, energy, and overall wellbeing.

✨ Public holiday – classes are running as usual. A perfect opportunity to take time for yourself and move with intention.

By building strength through the feet, ankles, and legs, we improve balance, support the joints, and create a more stable, confident way of moving—both on and off the mat.
