Our Core & Calm (Yoga–Pilates) class continues the theme Stretch It All Out – Full Body Release, with a supportive, low-impact approach.
Through controlled strengthening and mindful mobility work, we’ll activate the deep core muscles to protect the lower back while encouraging length and fluid movement. Strength and stretch working together, so you feel both steady and spacious.
