This Monday, we create space where we often hold tension.
Our practice explores Open the Front Body – Chest, Quads & Shoulders, with a focus on easing tightness from sitting, stress, and daily life. Through heart-opening poses, gentle backbends, and long, supported stretches, we’ll invite more freedom into the front of the body.
Breath-led movement will help restore balance between strength and openness, leaving you feeling lighter, more upright, and deeply refreshed.
