Create space through strength this Friday.

Our Core & Calm (Yoga–Pilates) class continues the theme Stretch It All Out – Full Body Release, with a supportive, low-impact approach.

Through controlled strengthening and mindful mobility work, we’ll activate the deep core muscles to protect the lower back while encouraging length and fluid movement. Strength and stretch working together, so you feel both steady and spacious.

This Monday, we stretch it all out.

Our theme this week is Stretch It All Out – Full Body Release, designed to ease tightness and create space across the entire body.

Through breath-led movement and mindful holds, we’ll gently lengthen the hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and spine, restoring natural flow and encouraging the body to soften and unwind.

Expect a balanced, full-body sequence that leaves you feeling refreshed, supple, and deeply at ease.

On Monday (10am & 6pm), our Hatha classes will explore traditional postures that ground the body, strengthen key muscles, and improve balance. Expect standing poses, core work, and steady holds that challenge while creating inner stability. 🌿
