We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers, preferably male, who are willing or based in Waikiki, Western Australia.

This role involves ongoing shifts every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (4 hours weekly).

**Disability Support Worker – Casual/Part-Time**

We are seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to provide high-quality care for our female clients in accordance with their personal, cultural, and privacy needs preferably living in Geraldton. This requirement complies with the exemptions outlined under anti-discrimination legislation.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing and dressing.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily living activities.

**Requirements**
- Experience in aged care or disability support preferred.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
